Sngequ House - a single occupancy room

We have reserved several types of rooms at UVic’s Student Residences for the period of June 15-19, 2026.

Please contact UVic Visitor Information at (1)250 721 8395 or visitoraccommodation@uvic.ca to make a reservation. You should get the conference rate below, if you refer to 26-Cavity Enhanced Spectroscopy or CES2026.

Single Rooms C$ 74/day: Each room includes a desk, closet, and single bed, with shared bathroom/shower facilities (approximately six rooms share one).

Double Rooms C$ 187/day: Similar to single rooms but with everything doubled (beds, desks, etc.).

Apartments/Guest Rooms C$ 245/day: These single-occupancy rooms come with private showers, bathrooms, and kitchens,

Cluster Rooms (Apartment-Style) C$ 344/day: Each cluster includes four single rooms, one shower room, two bathrooms, and a lounge room with a kitchen.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available. Note that all beds are single beds.

The reservation will be guaranteed upon full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to visitoraccommodation@uvic.ca. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay plus GST per booking.

Reservation requests received after the room block is full will be subject to availability.
